The room had a great view, but really noisy from the bar at night.

Gorgeous and good breakfasts, and wonderful staff.

Such great overall experience. Excellent and absolutely charming accommodation with awesome setting just next door to restaurants and transportation and many shops, restaurants, temples and the Grand Palace.

The units were panoramic and fancy with view on the sunrise on the mekong.

All fine, but noise issue

This hotel was excellent and absolutely charming in every respect, had lovely staff from door man to manager. It had very central location close to Sisowath Quay.

Service desk was always very fast and helpful. Location was very good, directly at the river and yet central. The equipment is outdated but perfectly maintained. Moon Rooftop Bar is very nice.

Road noise unfortunately was unavoidable if you want to have a river view.

The spacious Junior Suite had a lovely balcony with river views, and the breakfast was good, made to order with thoughtful menu selections. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar offered fine views, but noise from it could be disruptive during the night.

A hotel with old charm, very good location and very friendly staff. Simply everything is perfect!

Quietly enjoying the Beautiful Room with 1 King bed, I appreciated the superb furnishings and the fine views of the river. Relaxing on the balcony was a highlight. Breakfast was really good, with delicious local dishes and refreshing fresh juices. Every morning reminded me of a treat. The staff greeted us warmly, and their attentiveness added to the experience. External noise was a downside. The street traffic was constant, and it disturbed the serenity I hoped for . Noticed the room's soundproofing could use some enhancements. The location was ideal for exploring was good, yet that came with the drawback of the bustling street sounds. All in all, the hotel provided nice moments despite some noise issues.

All in all, it's tasteful place that has wonderful and fantastic staff from door man to manager. The room is fantastic and authentic, comes with a balcony and a very good rooftop bar and a comfy bed. The location is brilliant, 1 mile from Royal Palace.

Good location on the river, large rooms with wooden floors.

Air conditioning too loud, and not easy to regulate. Prices in the roof top bar, completely overdone, in terms of location and quality. I was already in the hotel 4 years ago, since then the prices for drinks have doubled.

The hotel is situated in a prime location centrally on the river. The rooms have balconies, so that you can open the doors and don't have to get fresh air from the air conditioning.

The hotel has a roof terrace with a popular bar. When the bar closes in the early hours of the morning, the staff move the heavy chairs with scratching noises that can be heard loudly up to the hotel rooms.

The business center claim is misleading but never existed!!! The noise level may bother light sleepers, and the scant breakfast portions just don't cut it in a place like this!!!
